駐日フィリピン大使館およびフィリピン観光省（Department of Tourism, Philippines）は、 様々な音楽を聴きながら料理が楽しめるアメリカンレストラン 「ハードロックカフェ」との特別コラボレーションによるキャンペーン 「LOVE THE PHILIPPINESを、2025年5月19日（月）から6月15日（日）まで、日本国内のハードロックカフェ4店舗（ 東京店／上野駅東京店／京都店／ユニバーサル・シティウォーク大阪店）にて開催いたします。

The Philippine Embassy in Tokyo and the Department of Tourism Tokyo Office are pleased to announce the launch of the “LOVE THE PHILIPPINES” campaign, a special collaboration campaign with Hard Rock Cafe, the American restaurant known for its vibrant atmosphere and music-filled dining experience. The special campaign will run from Monday, May 19 to Sunday, June 15, 2025, across four Hard Rock Cafe locations across Japan: Tokyo, Ueno Station Tokyo, Kyoto, and Universal Citywalk Osaka. This campaign is proudly supported by the Philippine Airlines.

このキャンペーンは、6月12日のフィリピン独立記念日に合わせ、日本の皆さまにフィリピンの食文化を通じて、まるで現地を旅しているかのような“食の疑似トラベル”体験を提供することを目的に企画されました。本キャンペーンでは、フィリピンの伝統料理をハードロックカフェ風にアレンジした特別メニューが登場します。

Timed to celebrate Philippine Independence Day on June 12, this campaign aims to offer guests in Japan a unique “culinary travel” experience—bringing the vibrant flavors of the Philippines to life through special collaborative menu items inspired by Filipino traditions and reimagined in Hard Rock Café’s signature style.

Collaboration Menu

「レチョンカワリバーガー」 Lechon Kawali Burger
柔らかく煮込んだ豚バラ肉をカリカリに揚げたフィリピン伝統料理「レチョンカワリ」、ビーフパティ、アジアンサラダ、オレンジチリアイオリを挟んだハンバーガー。ビネガー、醤油、オニオン、レッドチリで作るサウサワンソースをディップしてどうぞ。
A mouthwatering burger featuring lechon kawali—a traditional Filipino dish made by deep-frying tender, slow-cooked pork belly until crispy—paired with a beef patty, Asian-style salad, and orange chili aioli. Dip it in sawsawan sauce, a tangy blend of vinegar, soy sauce, onion, and red chili, for an extra kick.

「レチョンカワリ＆ライス」Lechon Kawali & Rice
豚バラ肉をカリカリに揚げたレチョンカワリ、アジアンサラダ、ガーリックピラフのワンプレートです。お好みでサウサワンソースと共にお召し上がりください。
A flavorful one-plate meal featuring crispy lechon kawali (fried pork belly), Asian salad, and garlic pilaf rice. Enjoy it with sawsawan sauce to suit your taste.

「ポークシシグナチョス」Pork Sisig Nachos
細かく刻んだ豚バラ肉とオニオン、グリーンベルペッパー、レッドチリペッパーを、醤油、ビネガー等で炒めたフィリピン家庭料理の「シシグ」をトッピングしたナチョス。
A fusion dish combining nachos with sisig, a beloved Filipino home-style dish made by sautéing finely chopped pork belly, onion, green bell pepper, and red chili in soy sauce and vinegar.

「バナナキュー＆アイスクリーム」Banana Cue & Ice Cream
ブラウンシュガーをまぶし揚げたサババナナ（青バナナ）を串に刺して冷やした、フィリピンで親しまれているバナナのデザートです。 ココナッツをトッピングしたホイップクリーム、バニラアイスクリームと共にどうぞ。
A popular Filipino dessert featuring saba bananas (cooking bananas) coated in brown sugar and deep-fried on skewers. Served chilled with whipped cream topped with coconut and a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
